Dina reached out in February of this year as she was struggling to lose weight.
Over the last few years she had entered into menopause and with it came all of the symptoms associated with it – stress, anxiety, aches and pains, poor sleep quality and stubborn belly fat.
She was walking 3 x per week and attending a Pilates class each week.
But she was seeing no change. In fact her weight was incrementally increasing even though she had tried to do all the right things.
She was lacking motivation when she reached out and was ready for my help and guidance to navigate her way through menopause.
Her goal in that moment was to lose 10kg, feel healthy, light and comfortable in her clothing.
Fast forward to May she has made some steady progress. She has not lost a lot of scale weight yet, but she has lost centimetres and feeling many other benefits of exercising regularly, managing her stress and eating mindfully.

Menopause is best treated holistically. Consistent exercise including resistance training, stress management and minimising inflammatory foods is a great place to start.
Her journey is about making lifestyle changes that last – not quick fixes that include restrictive eating and slogging it out in the gym.
